Hey ww,

This past season I've progressed a lot, learning most threes and a few inverts. I've been riding a 2012 hyperlite premier for two years, and anyone who's seen or ridden this board, knows it's a tank and has some of the gnarliest three stage rocker around. I'm starting to notice the weight of the board being a problem on trying to land fives. I ride behind a slammed sporster right now, but next year will be stepping up to a v drive. I would like a board that is lighter, has four deep molded in fins, and will have very soft landings. Any help is appreciated!

Fins aren't molded but this board will offer great three stage pop and soft landings. Also it's all wood with urethane sidewalls so it's crazy durable while staying light weight. Check it out, but honesty the best thing you can do is demo demo demo demo.

Do you live somewhere that there are a few board shops near by? Also check out the Ronix One, again no molded fins but it does have a total of four fins. I haven't ridden a One since the original deck in 2007 but it was a great ride. However once I got on a Slingshot it was over, I ride a Recoil and the original Lyman. I usually land 5 -10 feet in to the flats at 75 feet back and landings are always soft.

I have tnt water sports nearby. And another place that sells MCs. I'm for sure demoing, just need a direction to look towards. I like the recoil, but the price is steep.

I have a 2013 Slingshot Kine for sale. It has never been rode. I ride a Slingshot Recoil and absolutely love it. The Kine is great for park and boat. Let me know if you're interested.
