Does Anyone have experience with this board? How does it surf? I am 6'2" 225 is this going to be large enough. I have 2006 Supra 22ssv so wake is not an issue. I am just starting to get into surfing and have rode a few different boards. I want something fun but everyone else can surf as well. Any input would be great.

Bret, what did you think? I bought this board about a month ago and have riden twice, Its only one of the 3 I have been on. Its a little squirrely for me, the other two were quite big, though I am getting used to it.

This is the only board that I have ever used. Any way this board is squirly.

Makes me wonder how the other boards on the market ride.

I do have a friend that is about 300 and he can not get this board to surf, any ideas....we're thinking Landlock?

I have been stoked on this board. It is a little small however I do not feel like it is squirly. I sell Malibu's and got 2 surf it behind a 247 the other morning and wow! Everyone was impressed. I think 300 is pushing it though

Bret, I have one and it's a little looser then the normal Alias 4'6" BUT I haven't played around with the fin configuration. I've been riding it with just a single fin in the center. I want to try it with 2 fins on each side and leave the center one out. I'm hoping it will still be easy to spin but have a little more control. If it doesn't, no big deal since I've already gotten used to riding it the way it is.

I'm 5'5" and about 220lbs, and no problem getting it to surf as long as the wake is right. Not sure if 300 lbs is too much for that board though.
