I am looking to replace my vdrive dividers on my 01 SAN. i was thinking using 3/4" plastic sheeting to make the panels. Does anyone know a good place to source 3/4" plastic sheeting suitable for the dividers?
www.mcmaster.com has a lot of different plastic sheets in a whole range of thickness. weather resistance, width, length, price, etc. If you are in a bigger city, there may be a local plastics supplier that is cheaper, there was in Atlanta.
Like the others are suggesting, you can find tons of vendors online. I've bought stuff from McMaster Carr & from http://www.tapplastics.com
But I've also found a vendor in my own home town too. Use Google to search "plastic" and your own city. Then get on the phone and ask. Took me about 5 min. And saved me some shipping.

Locally in seattle we have tap plastics and they will even copy a piece if you bring it to them. Although most plastics are easy to work with.
We also have a TAP plastics close by. Bring them in a template or measurements and they will do it on the spot. Cheap and tons of materials to pick from.
I would go with McMaster-Carr or Grainger. If you live withing reasonable driving distance of a store, you get the bonus that you can ship to store for free and pick-up there. You can with Grainger at least because I have done it.
It makes a difference cause that stuff is heavy and $$$ to ship. Another plus with Grainger is they have a 1yr return policy, so if you have extra boards you didn't cut during the project you can return them.
King Starbord, is the Name brand of plastic. It's a great material. To me it drills and cuts much better then traditional ABS 3/4 plastic. Also I think starboard is a bit lighter then traditional ABS or PVC
West Marine sells the King Starboard but is pretty pricy
We have Tap plastics in our area and like west marine they are the most expensive
I find I get way better pricing at another plastic supply place That's not a chain like tap,
