Just my preference. Never had a lesson. I use the same for every boat. Probably should consider going to 70 and edging out further for a longer pull, but I'm kind of lazy. Anything much slower than 23 seems to make it harder for me.

Wait if I read your profile correctly you are turning 60 years old on Halloween???? That's pretty amazing. Makes me want to really take care of my body so I can keep riding into my 60's
