Sure Cody! Send me a PM with your email and/or phone number. Hopefully sometime in May it will be warm enough. Lake Anna would be awesome but it's a bit far for me, so for now I'm using the Potomac, which has much to be desired.

Pmac is good from 6-8am. Used to ride it all the time.

I'm looking to be a third if anyone rides on the Potomac, I'll throw in for gas and such! I can provide some intermediate level coaching too
