2007 slingshot recoil...

Hey guys - managed to just get an old slingshot recoil for free from a friend. Looking at the mount points on the board I'm guessing that I'm only going to be able to mount slingshot bindings on it from circa 2007-2008? Can anyone confirm? Tried doing a search but couldn't seem to find anything that far back.

And if that's the case anyone know where I could pick up a set of size 12s that would fit for super cheap? Just want to use it as a board to beat up on the cable.

You need to look for either a slingshot binding from 07,08, or 09 ... either the driver, D2, D3 or pbfloyds. The company bindings from 09 would work also. As far as I know, those are the only ones that have the correct mounting hardware.
You may be able to get a pair of 2013 or 2014 cwb prisms to work...

Ha! Just went through the same situation. I posted a thread, but I can't find it now either.

These will fit the old slingshots with some minor modifications to the base plates. I had to drill the base plate mounting holes about 1/8 of an inch to get them to mount. They work great and are a cable binding with the removable booty. I'd highly recommend going this route if you can track down a pair of the prisms that fit. Be careful though, the first year prism had a different mounting setup.
