Anyone know of a good way to get out of paying 91.00 a day for a stinking lift ticket? ANYTHING will help!

Thanks!

This is the best site that I have found. Get on their mailing list and they will send you alerts and stuff according to your resort.

Find the driver at one of the lodges or hotels that offer bus/van service to the mountain. Offer to shovel out or clean the bus/van in exchange for a pass. People generally buy a 2, 3, or 4 day package and don't end up using all their tickets and often give the drivers or other staff their tickets. This has never, ever failed me in 20 years of skiing/snowboarding. I lived in the parking lot at Snowbird for three months, two months at Steamboat, and two months at Bridger Bowl doing this and never missed a day.

John, how does that site work, you buy it and print the recipt and take it to the mt for your pass?
There are some great deals on it. Thanks for sharing.

What you do is you get an email from them with a conformation number and then you bring that to you resort and they will have your ticket for you at the will call. You also need a photo id

Mt Rose, Tahoe. Only a few runs open, but it's my wife's first time so it should be good for her. Plus, we are supposed to be getting bombed starting Friday all through the weekend.
