Recently I came upon a 1997 Air Nautique, however I thought that they did not officially come out with that model until 1998. However, I remember seeing somewhere that late in 1997 they offered a tower upgrade and the air graphics, but didn't add the launch control system until the 1998 models. Can anyone confirm this?

My family looked at the new to release "Air" Nautique mid-late 1997. I don't know how many they had, I believe it was maybe only 3. Likely it was a 97 Sport and they put the graphics on.

Yes, there was a 1997 air nautique, but it was a mid-season kinda thing.

Also, note that there was a hull change between 97 and 98. Personally the 93-97 sport hull is still one of my favorites. Much better than the 1998.

From what i have heard...nautiques went back to the 94-97 hull in 99, and kept it till 07, i think. not sure if they still use it or not.
