I was just reading the article by nick jones about the part where they explored the natural falls. Anybody know which falls he speaks of? how about any other gnarly cliff jumping or hiking spots at shasta?

i've been up through there, its really cool. We usually access it by boat and hike up to some really cool swimming holes and jumping spots. I have no idea how to explain how to get there though haha

It's up the end of the cove called Little Backbone over by the dam. It's a cool hike back up in there...takes about 30 minutes each way.
