not too bad. Here is what I think: The riding was pretty good, Tantrum was sweet looking. The angles weren't too bad, but too much "from the boat" footage, that can get old sometimes. As far as the editing is concerned, I would cut down some of the clips in length, as long cuts and lead ins tend to make me lose interest. Scale the vieos to frame size, I hate the black border. Stay away from using those crappy 3d-transitions or whatever, stick to fade to black and additive dissolve. What editing software were you using? Nice job though!

Garret- "From the boat footage" as in the pull boat and not a chase boat? Trust me, if we could always have 2 boats on the water when we screw around and film we would. Sometimes "from the boat" shots are all you can get. This isnt going in stores... I'll let my friend know you concerns as this was his first little vid he ever tried. Im not sure what he used. But agin, this was just for fun...a wake video, not neccesarily an editing award nomination video.lol thanks for the comments! It's funy ppl see that as a tantrum. Feels like a front when I do it. hmm.

Yeah man, I know it was just a fun video, but that doesn't mean that I can't give you some tips and advice from my perspective. I have been doing an absolute ton of editing lately, and I was just trying to help you out from my perspective. As far as chase boat, that isnt really necessary. A lot of good footage can be had from just filming from shore, or another stationary boat!

Nice riding and video. I knew that was Arizona just by the view. Which lake? We usually ride saguaro or bartlett.

maybe try a little shorter video. i saw alot of the same stuff repeated which makes for a boring video as well( wouldnt matter if it were whirly 7s it was still get boring to watch). there was alot of camera shake which made it not very pleasing to watch. i liked the editing just maybe a little shorter next time out. showcase the rider and his tricks then move on to the next. late

Good vid. I especially like the wipeouts, good to see that I'm not the only one stacking it all the time! Those raley crashes look painful. Lake Bartlett I assume? Pete

Thanks guys...yeah I think all of that was Bartlett. I know...camera shake sucks ass. Long video....I know, that's what I told him. all in all I think he did good editing job for his first one ever. Rob Cates--- If I can remember we had like a 500 or 700 on the floor near the back bench and maybe a 300 or something up in the bow. I may be completely wrong though...lol, sorry.
