ColoradoRiverInfo.com shows 72 degrees....Yeah, riiight!!
I'm expecting somewhere around 60 for this weekend, but if it's going to be too much colder than that I want to start getting the wife and kids mentally prepared.
Anyone been there in the past week or two?

I was at Moabi(needles) 2 weeks ago and the water was butt a$$ cold. thermomoter said 58. We shared the one wetsuit I brought. We made it as far as the sandbar and it was still cold. Be prepared, but have fun...

Two weeks ago at the Canyon Anti-Tourney the water on the river was 70 degrees. Now the river usually averages 5 degrees cooler than the lake. I doubt it will be 72 but I don't see why it will be that far off. But then again it's been getting cold at night. Best bring the neoprene.

FYI - Thurs. 11/11-Sat. 11/13 water was 61-62 degrees (as registered by 2 different boats) riding/skiing from Windsor bay, around island, and down as far as California bay. Not bad at all.

Thanks for the responses.
