Best Wakesurf Board???

Hey Im looking for a wakesurf board and I was wondering what people think of different boards.
Which one do you think is the overall best for spins and carves and air and stuff??

It really depends on a few things. Smaller riders have more success with the skim type boards like the phase 5. It's also helpful to have a fairly large wake. If you are bigger or have a smaller wake, you will find that you can't keep up with the wave, or you have to pump like crazy. I think the surf style board such as Inland surfer or CWB have a wider range of applications. They seem to be better for people above 160 lbs and will ride better on smaller wakes. You also should be able to spin just fine and pop them out of the water. I ride with people who are doing shove-its on both boards.

Phase 5 Prop or Inland Surfer Red Chubby. Those 2, in my opinion, have set themselves apart from the rest as far a trick-style surfing goes. If you are looking for a more carving surf-style, then Inland Surfer Blue Lake would be my suggestion. Still easy enough to spin 360 on but with a more traditional surf approach. I have heard good things about Shredd Stix but have never ridden one personally.

I have ridden just about all of the above and own a few of the above. My favorite is still the Broadcast. To me, it is the best of both worlds. Stable, but you can carve it and spin it easily. I weigh 210 and it is plenty stable for me.

I just got the Liquid force skim skate ••••••• rides sweet and spins easy. I tried the landlok and liked it as well, but could spin as easy.

I'm 160lbs... goofyfooter.. with a super air nautique 210...wahts my best choice of board?

Im on the Trick Boardz mojo, and love it... I am a surfer, rode the bigger 5'0 boards, liked them ok but was limited in tricks. Rode a phase 5, liked it, but for sheer trick, the skim style of the trick boards (and multi directional) is a blast. It is best for the intermediate or better riders though... I think

you are about the same size as my brother and we ride behind a 210 as well. definately check out the inland surfer 4skim. you will have a blast on it!

check out the new Liquid Force Custom boards - 4'2" for 175 and under-
4'10" for up to 225 lbs.
Just as fast as Phase 5, but have a much softer edge so they actually hold an edge better and carve more easily.

i have a malibu response and i way 90 pounds. i have i tsunami right know but it feels to big like i cant do anything. is phase 5 a good choice.
