how do u upload video to a website?

I want to put some video up on wakepics/wakeworld/etc. any tips would be greatly appreciated.

compress (http://www.dpcfilms.com/HowTo/articles/CompressingVideos/index.asp) and then upload.

file > export > movie...

export it to your desktop, then follow the steps in the link kung fu provided.

Hey I figured 1t out, but my audio disapeared??? Thanks Dave, hey has Kyle finished or talked to you about the vid of Al and I? I was also wondering if you would let him use some of your footage from rail jam in old town sac. Thanks again for the help.
