I recently installed a Fresh Air Exhaust on my 2000 Maristar V210 which has all the X-10 options. It works great and makes the boat significantly quieter while wakesurfing and Hydrofoiling.

Of note is that with a slatted teak swim step, one gets a "Sprinkler" effect from some water coming up through the swimstep while in motion.

Although it is probably just an asthetic thing, I wanted to stop it. I placed a piece of smoked plexiglass under the center part of the swimstep. It stopped the problem and doesn't look half bad either.

Now all I have to do is tinker with my ballast

Additionally, after placing the plexiglass on the underside of the swimstep it made the exhaust noise even more quieter than it already was.
