Cant find anything on the internet, and PCM manual is super vague, doesn't go into details at all.

I have changed many impellers on Indmars & Volvo Penta, but it seems a lot more complex with PCM.

Engine: PCM HO-303
Boat: 2012 Tige R20

Also my maintenance / red warning light turned on this weekend, anyone know how how to check what error it gives without having to take it to the dealer ? (what device to buy that reads codes on boats )

Find water pump. Take cover off. Remove old impeller. Replace with new.

Just kidding. Sort of.

On a serious note, you'll probably get a better response on the Tige forums. Or Planet Nautique. Nauti uses PCM I think...

I changed mine this summer, piece of cake. The manual doesn’t give you any specific instruction for changing them. That diagram above is all you’ll need.
http://www.manualslib.com/manual/825...page=49#manual

• Use a wrench to turn the belt tensioner and remove the belt.

• Find the 3 bolts inside the water pump housing and use a socket wrench to remove them (I can’t remember what size or type, maybe 10mm?)

• Remove water pump housing

• Remove impeller behind housing. Note the direction of rotation. I used a needle nose pliers to remove mine, not too hard.

• Place new impeller and put everything back together

I think that’s it!
