I have a couple days to burn on a long drive north. I will pass near the Lake Fontana area then through Nashville. I thought I would stop for 2 nights and check things out. Any recommendations? I be traveling with my wife and 6 year old son.
That's a sweet lake. What are you planning on doing while you're there? There's some great fly fishing on the streams that flow into the lake on the northern shore. There's a lot of great hiking around there as well. Have fun man.
I have a couple days to kill so I thought I would rent a pontoon for a day and I may have my dirt bike along so if I can find a place to ride that will kill another day.
