there are some pictures and text comparing the 2011 fast track system to the newer beefed-up one for 2012 for those that have been concerned about it

Stuff looks pretty sick. Does anyone know how Lyman is doing, where he is at, or if we will see him on a wakeboard again anytime soon?

Last I heard on Lyman was he was doing basic training at the same base as another former Slingshot rider turned total badass Army Ranger, Jared Couch. I think its in Georgia. Jared is almost done with Ranger school if he isnt already and is probably showing Lyman the 1-inch punch in their free time. You probably wont see him on a wakeboard anytime soon unless Chuck Norris and The Delta Force enlist him for a covert boat mission where he is silently whipped in on his camo SS board to take care of some Colombian drug dealers. And even then you wouldnt ever see him...

That catalog looks pretty sweet. I sure wish there was a way to demo their line, I have no clue which one I would prefer.

It sure would be cool to hear how Lyman is doing. Pretty impressive to walk away from one dream to another. It would be pretty funny if he were at the same base as another former SS rider. Who knew Slingshot was synonymous with badassery?

The new Response and KTV's are badassery at its finest!!! You can ride it but a 145 and 11's may be a little big for you. I do have that 11 Choice you can shred!!

Their lineup has just gotten better every year since they came onto the wake scene. I remember the first bindings they had back in 07/08 (a riding buddy had them, I think they were Drivers, or maybe D2's) and how rigid and terrible they looked. The boots have come a very long way and their boards look to be absolutely top of the line in terms of construction, materials, and graphics, although there were some obvious problems with last years fast track, sound like they've remedied that for 12.

I almost switched last year, and now that the ballistic series come in the larger sizes I'm probably pulling the trigger in the upcoming season. Gotta find somewhere to demo...

I'm thinking Hooke 146 or Kine 145
I'm currently on the LF Witness 144 which I've been on four seasons now, any suggestions? I like the hybrid rocker so probably looking to the Kine, plus the catalouge says it's the second stiffest board next to Lymans so might be a good transition to flex.
