I have lived in Colorado my whole life... and dont really have time to go to a good lake unless i am camping... i normal go to Chatfield... but i hate that place... there are too many damn ppl! anybody have a good place to go to a little outside Denver???

hey there i know of a couple of lakes if you would call them that. more like ponds, but almost always good water. 1st is lake meridith, (spelling?) and the second is lake henery. both are just outside of pueblo on highway #50, not controlled by the state (lots on partying without worry). hope that helps some those were often traveled to until last year. let me know if you have any questions

Chatfield is OK if you're off by noon.

Pueblo has a few areas.

Carter is OK if a bit chilly.

If you see our boat at Chatfield, you're welcome to a ride.
