How old are these bags and what type are they? If they are the old rubber bladder type, I would say pitch them and get some new ones, cause you will eventually have a leak. If they are the current style (made of rafting boat type material) it would take a lot to break them... and I'm surprised they seem stiffer than when new cause they are stiff to begin with. If you have modern style bags from Fly High, Straightline, or Ronix 8-three, I wouldn't worry about it. If you have some of the old stuff I would consider upgrading. And by old I mean like way back when the bags had an outer liner, like circa 2000, like the 350 nose sac I still use in my 89 Supra.
