I bought my first v drive last year and just spent the summer riding. This year I'm trying to dial the stereo in that came with it. I have 2 pro 60's and a pro 485 and a sub with 2 syn 4 amps what would be the best configuration for optimal sound

1 Syn4 should be 2-channel powering the Pro60's.
The other Syn4 should power the pro485 on 2 channels bridged. The sub would be on the other 2 channels, bridged down to mono. BUT, what's sub? Single or dual voice coil, and what impedance?

Run both amps in 3 chnl mode: Pro485 bridged and Pro-60'a on one Syn-4. Sub bridged on 2nd syn-4 and 2 pair or main cabin speakers on remaining 2 chnls. This does hing on whether or not the sub is a 4 ohm.

The sub is 4ohm pioneer everything is hooked up like chpthril said, but the sub started working then stopping then it would work again now it doesn't

One syn will run tower, one will run Inboats and sub

Diagnose the issue. Start at woofer and work back..
