Hey,

What is the best way to clean my Roswell Wakeboard Racks and Speaker/Light bar?

I've tried a ton of cleaners and oxidation remover and the still look awful.

I can't get them to shine...........

If they have a polished and anodized finish I recommend Flitz www.Flitz.com . If they are chrome plated you might want to give Roswell a call.

I have used a product that I can't remember the name of. I will dig it out, I borrowed it from a friend. It comes in a small tub and you just pull out the fiberglassy strands and wad it up and polish with it. Then wipe it down with a towel. Doesn't bring it to new, but they looked good afterwards.... I will do a search to find the stuff

chad, I have the smae problems with mine ( mostly due to the fact that my boat sits on a lift year round) I have covers for them, but they dont' help much. I'm having all mine taken off and anodized black. This includes my two racks and my tower mirror mount. I'll never have to polish again. Never dull works good, btu you'll have to polish weekly to keep them looking good ( in my case at least)

We took ours apart and had everything powder coated to match the boat. Cost us around $100 to do the Supra factory roswell speaker cans and board racks. The only thing that concerned me was removing the rubber inserts, but I just rolled them out with my fingers and used krazy glue to re-install them. I did mine this winter and it still looks good. We have a few scratches from the metal strap clips in the board racks, but still looks much better than the pitting and oxidation.

Robert, do you have any pictures of how they turned out? Why did you choose powdercoating over anodizing?
