Very nice boat!

Are you planning on taking off the wakesetter decals and tinting the window? :-)

As Antbug said please take pics of the wake and let us know how it is - Thanks!

Since you are one of the first to be getting one with the new hull, how do you decide if the wake or the boat is going to be right for you? I am curious about how the process works. Does the dealer pass along some insider info or pics/video before you place the order? Looks great, keep us posted about how the new wake is, I am sure it is going to be great.

The boat is at our dealership in Nampa, Idaho (230 miles away from me). I actually won't be able to see it in person and use it until this weekend. Stay tuned!

Also, I have made no decisions yet on the decals, but I will probably leave them.

Stephen- It will be better, but probably not by much. Boats aren't making milestones like they did a few years ago with the wakes. If you get any of the top boats the wakes will be good. All that really changes is the design, options, and a little "tune" on the wake. I would concentrate more on which boat you like. Honestly, I would be happy riding behind a Malibu VLX or LSV, X-Star, Supra SSV, Moomba XLV, or a 210- you get the idea. I personally can get any boat I want and I always get the Malibu. It's just my taste.
I hope that helps.

I agree Trent, my only thought was the newer X2 and the redesign of the 210. It seemed like people who loved the old X2/current X1 wake or the old SAN 210 wake had to get used to the new wake. Just curious about the process.

One or two rides and I was used to it. Just get out and ride. I have boarded behind just about anything, and if it throws a decent wake I'm usually fine.

I have seen the boat in person and on the water. It got its water test today. Its a pretty sweet boat. All the new cut outs in it are sweet. They also moved the vents up high wich look awesome. The decals on the vlx are smaller this year to fit in the cut out. Only thing i would change is the rims. You can get them in a black with chrome outline.
