In the market for a new board. Been riding the recruit 143 and LOVE it but cant find another one so have to look at other brands unfortunately.

If you leave Slingshot and LF out of the equation, who else makes flex boards that ride nice? I like my board like my women, fast and loose.... ; ) Has anyone got any experience with the humanoid or sine boards?

I just got a Humanoid 140 stiffy. I live in NJ, so it wont see the water for a few months. The board looks very well made and has a deep center spine. I'll take pictures later.

Good video of Kyle talking about the boards.

i think every brand has an option now
CWB vibe
Gator flx i think is the name
Obrien paradigm
Hyperlite vigilante
Ronix Phoenix
Phallanx should by the sounds of things
Humanoid even the stiffy model flexes
sine
LWA
CTRL... ?? very new, not sure
Company... huge ??? marks around on if they are done or not, but still the older models are there

i think the only ones without flex are
Jstar
Byerly... the new byerly blunt is the thinnest in the line though and probably could be argued as somewhat of a "flexboard"

Cheers for the info - really useful. I really didn't know all these companies had flex options.

Hows the hyperlite one? Any good?

Slingshot !!!! If your looking into flex you have to try a slingshot. Other companies make flex boards too but you cant talk about flex without talking about slingshot.

Hi Nick, Problem is I am in New Zealand. Would LOVE a 143 recruit but think the shipping will kill it.

Been hunting for a Company board in either Oz or NZ but cant find any so have to look elsewhere now.

I also have a Recruit 143 that I could part with. It's nearly new. Been on Trex a few times. Nothing major.

Also, I've heard some good things about Humanoid's new decks. I have the Oracle and it's really good.
