Hi. I chipped a ding on the rail of my new Haze Wakesurfer at the weekend.

Anyone done this and repaired it?

Any suggestions on what I should use please?

This stuff is the best! Cures in the sun super fast.

Thanks.
Is it easy to sand down?
Any other suggestions anyone has used?

Loc tite two party epoxy from Home Depot works great & it sands down easy after dry, dry clears as well. I mixed in some black paint from a vinyl repair kit I had to fix a blemish on a black board & you couldn't tell it was there unless you knew or stared at it long enough.

The Phixdoctor uses a clear plastic overlay while it cures, so it cures dead smooth. You can sand later if you like. Haven't found anything as easy and as fast to fix surfboard dings.

You can use the sun cured epoxy, but it is better to use a two part. UV cure 'epoxies' don't really work. It is only a temporary seal and will likely continue to leak.
