This guy made the ultimate exit. I saw it on the news this morning and was cracking up. Hopefully he doesn't end up in jail because this was hillarious.

what do you think the cost is to deploy one of those slides? I assure you they don't just deflate and roll it back up for reuse. I bet he'll get a hefty bill.

Either way. I loved the story.

JetBlue said $25,000 in a story I read.

Here is another great quitting your job story.

Great thing to do on the spur of the moment and everybody's hero at the moment but I guarantee you he is going to regret it. 15 minutes of fame for a lifetime of unemployment in the airline industry plus criminal charges. It's not going to be so funny to him in a week or two from now.

^^^ Buzz kill!

I love it too. We've all had that day where you just wanna snap on someone, boss, customer, whatever. Well this guy did and its great. You know how many times I've wanted to go off on someone who treats me like I'm scum because I'm just some low life, peice if Sh!* car salesman?

LOL, this is America! As long as he doesn't go to jail, he's gonna have his own show on VH1 within 6 months. Great career move. If he can stay out of jail.

Yeah,I thought it was pretty funny and I told quite a few people about him, but life moves fast and peoples attention spans are getting shorter and shorter. So,months down the road everybody cheering him on now will all have disappeared and the only people at his side will be his family and his lawyers. If people are really all for him lets see a whip round to pay his legal costs.
If you ran a really succesful business would you employ him? Probably not because his celebrity status will get in the way and he's a loose cannon.
I have heard dozens of people say "I would love to do that"
So what's stopping them?
Probably the realization that they will be jobless and in some serious trouble.

Yep,reality starting to bite. On the edge of joblessness in the worst recession in living memory and most likely facing criminal charges. I would be very, very surprised if they took him back.Or any other airline for that matter. At the very least he would probably have to go a psychological exam.
Is an airline really going to employ somebody who "snapped " once already? He does something else crazy down the line, people get hurt or killed and the airline disappears under an avalanche of lawsuits.
Knew this wasn't going to be quite so funny 3 days later.

I do own my own business and NO, I would never hire him or anyone who has so blatantly lost all common damn sense......but it's freaking funny that he did it!!! hahahaha gonna make a kickazz bar story in a few years.
