Don;t Pay attention to the title. Sorry. I was wondering if there is any lakes by any big cities because I want to live on a lake and still be in a big city. I am looking at it staying warm all year round so Arizona or SoCal maybe.

Unless they have changed the laws, that lake does NOT allow body contact with the water (its used for drinking). I could be mistaken though, it has been quite a few years since I was last there.
