i used to be able to get about 4-5 ft of air heelside, but the past three days i havent been able to get more than a foot. i know about the whole progressive edge but i just seem to ride through the wake. what am i doing wrong? thanx

Are you flattening out before you hit the wake?? If so, don't. you want to keep your edge. That is all I can think of that would prevent big air if you are edging right.

Are you meant to keep your edge the whole way though the wake or flattern just at the base so you ride up it better?

yeah, you wanna progress your edge on the way to the wake. You can lighten up how hard you are edging before you hit the wake so you don't just launch too far, but don't completely flatten out.
