I am looking at a 2005 x2 with a galvanized trailer, perfect pass , triple ballast, new engine with closed cooling and 3 hours and a few other extras for 29,000. Does anyone think this is a good deal and is the x2 a good wakeboarding, wakeskating and wakesurfing boat?

Well, it sounds like a salt boat, so the 31K may be high. As far as the boat itself, yes, its a great wakeboarding boat. Unless you are going to use the boat in salt as well, I would look elsewhere.

My buddy builds trailers and only uses galvanized parts and he sees a lot of boats with closed engine cooling just in case they want to go to the ocean. may be worth checking just to make sure it is a salt boat before going forward, since it only has 3 hours on it. Don't just walk away from the deal without all the info.
