It looks like a bag of Skittles puked on that boat. LITERALLY the worst looking MC I've ever seen.

Looks like Skittles and Reeses went in on a joint venture. Skittles got to design the outside and Reeses got the inside. Whoever order that boat has some very large balls....

Isn't that the guy who picked a color off of every one of his exotic cars'? I remember seeing that somewhere. He has like Lambo's and Ferrari's in those colors.

If I'm not mistaken, the Charlotte dealer ordered and sold 2 of them…..or maybe it was a X45 and then the same guy ordered a 46 and they sold the 45, I forget but I think 2 of them are out there

That is just terrible. Can't imagine anyone liking that.

Thats is one of the ugliest boats I have seen.

I don't think it's horrible. All the reactions on here made me think it was much worse. It's personally not my cup of tea, but there is definitely a market, however small, of people who will like that color scheme. It's not really offensive, just odd. It's like those VW Harlequin Golfs they made with each panel painted a different color. They aren't for everybody, but the people who like them tend to love them.

I personally like it a lot, I just think that it appeals to the younger riders more than the older, I think its overpriced and think he'll struggle to sell it at $132k IMO

If you can afford a $132K boat, you can afford a $3K wrap. Wrap that ugly thing and go have some fun!

Or Is very color blind.

The problem with gaudy paint jobs isn't whether somebody else like them or not, it is whether the small number of people that do like them have $132k to spend on a boat. The demographics are horrible to say the least. It is hard enough to find someone to spend that much on a boat, harder still to spend that much on a used boat and now it has to be someone who can afford that much for a used boat and also is optically challenged! Mabe P. Diddy needs a boat..

You are going to be given two options.

Option 1 - Get that X-Star for free, must use it, no tax liability. Cannot wrap it or plasti dip. Yours to use for 10 years
Option 2 - Get your pick of any 40k or less boat on the market. Yours to use for 10 years.

cannot sell, this is your boat.

Option 1. Would totally rock that for free. I would probably add tons of lights and speakers and make it even more over the top ridiculous.
Old     (tyler97217)      Join Date: Aug 2004       06-18-2014, 11:58 AM Reply
Great poll!!!!
Option 2
Old     (fence_sence)      Join Date: Jul 2008       06-18-2014, 2:38 PM Reply
Absolutely atrocious. I'm all about freedom of choice but, if that was somebody's choice, they've got a screw loose. There is a Z3 running around here that is just about as ugly.

Option 2 for me. You could put together a kickass old boat for 40k and not have to look at that clown puke for ten years.
Old     (crosenhahn)      Join Date: Feb 2008       06-18-2014, 2:48 PM Reply
Option 1 - I would only wear plaid shirts too while on the boat. Embrace the style!!!

Every Stars and Stripes owner will have a heart attack at the sight of that boat. Agreed with the above though, there is a market for that boat. Not a sane market, but a market nonetheless.

If you think that looks good, you have no taste. That's fact, not opinion.

How much is a new loaded up X46 with a mid-optioned trailer selling for (not MSRP, but actually selling for)? That seems pretty pricey for a nearly year old, 30 hour X46 - I'd think you could order up a brand new one for similar/same money and have it look however you wanted.

If the dealer is really working an average/good discount, that boat should go 120-125k new.

I'd take option 1 but with on caveat. I get to put "Don't laugh its paid for" across the back

We drive by that boat every time we're going to/coming from our lake house. We call it the Jamaican boat. I actually like the way it looks sitting up on the trailer but would never buy a boat with colors so controversial. I have a Nautique but MC does allow for some cool color combos. They have some very good looking (more traditional) looking boats at that dealer.
