Houses on the water in Cali? - Website Feedback, Suggestions, Problems, Etc.

Hi All,

My wife has tasted the good life (renting a house on the water) and now our vacation plans do not include camping. We have rented houses on the California delta and have a blast! We have also stayed at Tulloch, but the lake isn't the best unless you plan to tube for most of the day. I'm looking for other places, on the water or at least near the water in No. California. Can anyone suggest a location lat fits the bill? I'm saving up for a house on the water as well but Disco Bay in Cal is out of reach (800K for a vacation home, I think not).
