A 6 month and 27 days old girl just broke Parks' record for being the youngest to waterski. Parks was 6 months 29 days old. The comments section after the story is full of people claiming child endangerment etc.

I think Parks rode skis tied together with the rope tied to the skis. The one Mark is referring to is a 6 month old riding a ski sled with a handlebar like the one in this video. So I wouldn't be handing over the title unless they can get the baby on a loosely connected setup like Parks.

I'm curious what the record is for the youngest kid on real waterskis holding a rope that goes to the boat.
