this is what i have

2 12" infinity perfects in the back doors next to the engine compartment. they get muffled when i close the doors and dont keep up with the tower when i keep them open. i have a hifonics bxi 2008d pushing these subs. wetsounds amps werent available at the time!!! they push them good and havent had any problem with them at all. i still have 1 12 laying around as an extra.

on the tower i have gone a little crazy. all wetsounds.
2 pro 485
2 mb 8
4 pro 60's

what im looking for.

i want to keep all wetsounds so i will be using the xs-xxx. i want to be able to keep up with the tower and be able to feel some bass. last year i blew 1-12 because i couldnt feel any bass and kept turning it up, and then their she went. how many will i need, and where should i put them for the best performance. also what kind of box should i build, sealed ported baffled etc. i prefer not to go under the dash because the bass will cut off my perfect pass. already experienced this. i open to all options and custom places to put them to get the best performance. also my pass compartment is full of batteries amps and converter.

thank you for the help!!!

I don't know how to help you but can I see a picture of your boat? I want to see what that many tower speakers look like on a boat.

large ported 12's ( 2 or 3), push 750 RMS + to each one. It won't matter where you put them.

why will your PP cut out?

with two high powered twelves, you can build boxes that will make your eyeballs litterally rattle.

Put a couple of Digital Design 2500 12's in it and feed 1000 or more watts, outta keep up with your tower a lil better.

spend ur money on teh box, not the sub....right box will make a Kraco sub pound. I liek kickers...handle a ton of power and very well suited for marine use, and realatively cheap
