I just had my boat de-winterized and now its suppose to be 27 tonight......I just got into town and the storage is closed. Its in a metal building, think thats cold enough to freeze it up??

no worries, should be around 30 of not a tad more i the building and it would take an entire day or two for the water inside the block to freeze solid and cause damage. You had your boat "de-winterized"? as in water tested too? or just replaced all fluids, impeller etc, and got er ready for spring? If the engine hasnt been turned over yet you should still have anti freeze in the block anyhow. If not, i highly doubt any damage will be caused.

Yes, if anything, throw a trouble light in the the engine compartment.

Inside the building the ground heat will keep it warmer than the outside air. If there are not a lot of open draft areas you will probably be OK.
Pay attention when you fire it up next and look for water leaks or problems just to be sure.

I'd definitely get a drop light in the engine compartment tomorrow...... just in case.
