Thier Customer Service is awsome...I got broken laces no prob..thier sending new ones...My handle is all messed up no Prob.. New handle...and my binding are to small...no prob new toe rubbers...Their awsome..IM never going to a diff company

I know what you mean there the best. Just call them up and it's shipped out same day. Very impressive. Great people to talk with too.

im guesing they get off work at 730 bec I Called at 715 and the dude didint care lol...I could have asked for A new setup and i would have probly gotten it...I didint think about it till i hung up haha

man... trevor... why do you hate CWB so much? They are great boards. You say they are a waste of money. People love theirs and thats all there is to it. You love your board and someone may not. Opinion is one thing, but just flat out bashing a company isnt cool.

I prefer my CWB, but if I didn't have mine with me I wouldn't turn down a pull on anyone's board.

CWB is awesome.... havn't had any problems with any gear!!! SOLID GEAR and just an all around SOLID COMPANY!! I am so happy im on board with them!!

This will be my second summer riding for CWB, service is awesome! I broke by last years absolute and they overnighted me one, not to mention it was the 07! and the same thing happend to my bindings

Trevor, you gonna be in Folsom all summer? I got a demo ride of some CWB's with your name all over it. You tell me when & I will deliver them to you in person so we can take a test ride. Then I can demo your One & everyone will be happy. That way you can finally try a CWB and I will be able to try a One. Just let me know, I am only a (short) 6 hour drive from you. You supply the sacked out boat, I'll bring the Fanta (& a wad of gas $) & we can get buck wild.

Not bashing CWB. I can't wait to try one due to all the Man Love they get here. But at least three people in this thread mention their stuff breaking. One person says they don't like the product and everybody jumps on him like he just said he hates baby ducks and Jesus.
