Price is too high. I wouldn't pay over $12k for it. As far as a good boat, it's one of the best wake making boats of all time.

I have been looking for a while and I think 16000k is a good price they are going for higher than that in most cases. I would love to find for 12 but I have not come across anything under 15 that has not been in saltwater or that is in any kind of condition. newwhit if you decide you are not intersted in it I maybe}

Man 12K would be a steal, I've seen 1992 DD 205's go for more than that. Granted MN boats typically have little sun wear and little to no salt use.

I think that is a pretty fair deal. Remember that the 1999 is a V-drive but doesn't have wrap-around seating. It's got an observers seat and a rear bench. Great wake though!

Cash talks, especially right now. Ask yourself why a rational seller puts his boat on the market, in the dead of winter, right after the holidays. Show up with 12g cash and watch what a hurting boat owner will do in a sh@t economy, this time of year.

As for a dd, they're dinasaurs to most. I'd walk away laughing if someone was trying to sell me an eighteen year old dd for that price. Then again, I have little respect for dealers and would never set foot in a showroom to buy a used boat.
