A buddy got a Tige 23v, and I am impressed by it's wave. You can get the Tige 21v or 23v for around 18-22k. Great surf boats at that price. I have also owned a centurion avalanche and also a great surf boat in your price range. Hope that helps.

Look for perfect pass, it's a must with surfing.

I have a 1998 Master Craft Maristar 230 (X30) I would part with easily in that range.

If you can find a Sanger V215 04-05 in that range you'll have a killer wave on both sides and they don't require to much weight bit they like it. I've never been behind one but I've heard the Avalanche of the same vintage also make nice waves on both sides.

Heres a picture of mine from Sunday.

They sit lower in the water but I have never had any problems and I bury my boat. I've been in some seriously rough schitt too and she didn't let me down. The only time I don't like it is when I raft up to other boats.

we got six inches of snow last week so my enthusiasm has waned a bit but ive been looking at a Malibu wake setter vlx but I see several tige 23 v's for sale right now. how much gas to they guzzle? the very first boat I looked at was a sanger v215 and its the closest to me but it seemed like there wasn't much room to walk around on the inside, has this been a problem for you guys? how good is the avalanche for a beginner wake boarder? ive heard it is too much for a newbi
