I realize there will be bias to one or the other. Does anyone have experience with surfing the Axis A20 with Surfgate and the MC NXT with Gen 2?
Considering ordering in the off season and have no dealer demos to try out.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thank you -
Chris

I'm a bit biased, but would choose the A20. I think you will find the Axis is a solid boat and puts out a great wake. For surfing make sure you get bow weight in that thing to lengthen the wave. Personally I think a 20' boat is small, which also makes me choose an axis as it's beam is 7" wider. In a 20' boat, those 7" are going to make a huge difference. You'll probably get an A20 for less than the NXT as well probably 55ish with trailer, no huge stereo, but that can come later.

I will admit I have not seen a NXT yet, but just in terms of the 20' market, I think axis is hard to beat in terms of value for the money
