So pumped My boat is finally finished and will be picking up soon. I must say after being around MB boats since the original B52's (which I think where terrible) MB has really listened and stepped up the R&D and taken the time to build a functional plush boat that in my opinion can stand up next to any of the other top tier boat manufacturers these days.
The F21 has got to be one of the best boats I have been in. The interior space is awesome, the wake is HUGE, I would put it right up there with an X-star. The wake is very similar in shape, roughly a little smaller in size, but maintains that awesome rampy wake that made the xstar wake such a hit.
I would not have picked any other boat and am super pumped to get it. The guys at Larson's Marine In Stockton, are some the most knowledgeable and fun people to deal with. I would highly recommend anyone in the bay area considering buying a boat go to Larson's, they really care about their customers, and want you to leave happy every time you come i the door.

I really like that tower until I see the boat head on then I don't like how square looking it is. Sick boat though. love the flake! We don't have bass boats up here so I'll take flake any day of the week.

Congrats on the new boat... This is the second all flake from MB that I have seen and I like. We have a 2012 F21 and can't be more happier with everything. Lets see this bad boy on the water.

Very nice boat for sure. It's only the second one I've seen with the full flake on the sides. Mine was the first haha. In fact the gray metallic with the white X in the previous post is mine.

@Dustin Nell (dnell) Thanks man. I actually saw your boat a little while back and that was close to what I wanted to do. Really like the grey metal, really good look and timeless. I would be lying if your boat didn't partially inspire mine . Honestly my boat was supposed to be Hot Pink and grey metalflake, but I got talked out of due to the possibility of a hard resale of the boat. Honestly wish I did pink, but the green's cool.
Thanks everyone else, Those of you who are not fans of MB's I offer to take you for a pull and change your mind, I think you will be surprised and the wake behind this thing. Im in Discovery Bay every weekend, always looking for more core water boarders

Drew ~ I did see it on the 24 and I really likes the shine of it. Sounds like UT might get one with a lot of green shine on it for the boat show.

Brady, thanks man. We take pride in our boats and we build them to sell quick if we want to. It's crazy sharp on the water, and if you look back in some threads there are pics of it on the water. I have every option they offer on it except tower speakers. Not a fan!! But am a huge fan of the 410 engine and we added a high altitude prop on it and its just amazing. Have plans to add 1800-2000 more lbs in a plug and play set up this spring if I don't sell her at the Utah Boat Show.

I would have to agree. We purchased our boat at Larson Marine in Stockton. We picked it up last weekend. The pictures below are in their back lot. Mike took great care of us all the thru the process. He even set up a tour at MB for us. What an awesome experience. Absolutely if you are going to buy an MB or Malibu, go see Mike in Stockton. He is actually at an RV show in Dublin now until 1-21-13. They have MB's and Malibu's there. go by and see him.

DFTR... that picture you just posted would look soooo rad if the water was glass...
I really like the new towers, way better than their traditional one and a lot better than some of the other manufacturers... I do not like the squareness of it from the front or rear, and the S shaped brace looks like a sore thumb. With all the X patterns in the vinyl and on the gel, why didn't they put more of an X shaped brace in there? Small potatoes I guess... the boat looks sick.

dear god finally! love the gel layout! MB shot in the foot has always been the graphics designs to be, the flames, the dated "X" etc. this graphics looks awesome and really modernizes the boat! available on all models? info in this graphic package?
the MBs are such killer boats otherwise. but the graphics always made me run. interested now.

Our boat show boat is riding on a transport truck about 2 hours from our dealership... I'll get pics tomorrow morning..
It's black with a green flake belly with blacked out tower, logos, windshield, and has a special little suprise on the driver seat. Mike B and I had an idea on the seat and he put it together for us.. I think it's going to be sick.
the boat will be like this pic but all of the green you see will be lime green flake. It also has a new lime in the upholstery.
What do you guys think?

That just might be one of the best looking MB's to come out of the factory in a long time. All it's missing is tint on the glass and it's DONE. Can't wait to see it...

I can't keep the secret i guess..
It's going to have a fiberglass driver seat back sort of like an offshore boat. I kinda stole the idea from the MTI brand. I haven't seen it yet but I'm thinking it's going to be black with lime green flake MB logo centered.. We just sort of took a chance on this so it may not be liked by all.

im saying i dont like any MB with the X. it is a very cheap and dated looking design to me. and has prevented me from ever looking into the MBs for purchase. even though i love all of there other features.
im saying i love the swoopy black and silver design on the tomcat posted above. and wanted more info. ie what years and models have this design available. im definatly digging it and it really changes the look of the boat in a modern way

Sharp boat but you're right on that tower. The full tower powdercoat would have looked much better!! I hate chrome towers especially on this black boat.

i love the look of the new mb boats except for one small critique, the square conjoining pieces at the top of the tower. they don't appear in the pictures to match the flow of the boat. seeing the welds, i am guessing the are structural not aesthetic, correct? anyone want to offer an explanation on why mb build the towers this way, cost, appearance, structural integrity? definitely jealous of those that can pull the trigger on such a great boat.

Wow, that is sick. Very nice color choices Craig! The seat back definitely adds a nice punch of color to the interior and shakes things up. That should sell at the show pretty quick!

Love the green flake! Great combo with the glass seat backs. Hopefully they expand on that in the future. Many of the more detail oriented performance boat manufacturers have done it for several years and IMO it creates a very clean and modern look.

Re. D Hill The tower corners actually house docking lights as an option, you simply pull out the ends of them, and insert the light. I didn't like them until I saw it in person, and don't mind them now.
All in all, one of THE best designed towers in the business

Zach ~ Check out the flake tower above and then this pic for the tower lights. The add the light to the side of the tower that I have seen and not just a slide in. I think the tower lights really make the tower look even worse.

thanks zach. i do like the idea the lights are contained into those corners. that helps "clean up" all the stuff/gadgets hanging on the tower.

that is the gel scheme for the 24' Tomcat. Which i really like too. As far as the other boats are concerned, you don't need to to the X if you don't like it.
http://mbsports.net/content.cfm?n=builder
They offer the "Classic" scheme, which looks... classy!

nearly ALL of the boats we've sold are of the X design. We have done a few with the swooshes, and the classic. But I'd say 90%. I recently did one where we effectively "hid" the X Can't wait to see it in person (It's #7 on this page, black and white) https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater
