Does anyone have an effective solution to clean vinyl on a boat? I have some dirt and dust that has settled in the seats.

I use regular Fantastik, not the Orange Fantastik or anything else, just straight up Fantastik. Then a Blue 3M scrubby.

I use 50/50 solution of Simple Green/Water for both my vinyl and carpet.

Simple Green will dry out the vinyl if you keep using it. Use Fantastik

I highly reccommend the StarBrite cleaner...posted a picture of the bottle under this discussion:

Not only was it a fast and amazingly easy cleaner to use, but the vinyl felt softer after using it.

I use a 3M cleaner for carpet, vinyl etc. Comes in a Aerosol foam can which works best and also in a pump spray bottle. I use a little scrub brush with it and the dirt comes off.

Go-Jo Hand Cleaner does a great job getting Georgia red clay off our boat.

I've tried both fantastik and simple green and I like SG better. Always follow up with 303

I use the starbrite, but it doesn't do well on 2 things I've found so far. Grease/oil chunks left by inconsiderate service departments and yellow pollen stains from trees at the dealer stuck where two cushions meet.
