Apparently the CDC has an issue with the vaccines as they are making us get another round of them, so apparently there is an issue with the effectiveness of them and they should talk about it.

You are definitely conflating two topics. Fox News says to get the vaccine, however they can also report on potential (and your freaking write up even says "potential") treatments if you have covid. One can report on both things at the same time. It is not a serial game.
