Man, when it comes to stupid people, history has a way of repeating itself. They’re on the edge of losing some of their slaves again with Blexit and look what the white dems are doing! Destroying the country.

Dems are for voting Nov. 3, thats the message.
Republicans are loading up with guns and ammo, crying about voter fraud, leading through fear and trump says Covid is under control in the US, who has plans to destroy the country?
It is a sign of an under developed frontal cortex.
There, fixed it for you.

Nope. I’m pulling a democrat on that one and burying my head in the sand for now. I’m sure I’ll catch up soon though.

Way to fall in line like a good little CNN/MSNBC/ABC/CBS/NBC/NPR/WAPO/NYT parrot. Manslaughter or some sort of negligence is what he’ll get and do 15-20 years before getting out. Anyone wanna bet? The guy who fired all 4 officers is a close friend of my BIL. I met him at their wedding, but don’t remember him much other than he’s a really tall dude. Anyway, he told my BIL no MN cop believes Chauvin is a murderer. I’ve also spoken to other cops specifically about Floyd and none of them think Chauvin is guilty of murder either. The consistent theme among cops I’ve spoken to is that Chauvin didn’t follow the training protocol of constantly needing to reevaluate the situation and make adjustments.
How affected are you? Im not falling in line with anything except what is right. I dont need "training protocols". The man murdered a man who was in handcuffs and in control of officers on camera, for 8 minutes 43 seconds...while 3 more cops were on his back...while bystanders screamed at him to stop...even one of the cops asked Chauvin to stop. Did you miss it? How is that following a MSM narrative. I watched the murder, i dont need anyone to tell me what i saw. Are you saying Chauvin isnt guilty? Do i need to post the video and force you to watch it?
Do you need a training manual to know its wrong to squeeze the life out of someone handcuffed and in custody because he passed a counterfeit $20?? WTF is the matter with you.
Tall dude is wrong. How many minutes is it ok for a cop to cut off airflow of a handcuffed man who is 100% constrained before he is in error? In case you missed it, MSM TV host Sean Hannity is sickened by the Floyd murder, is he also parroting MSN, on FOX? How hard are you trying to lie? SF

Hope you are not counting on Social Security in your golden retirement years. Donald Trump is going to destroy SS in order to give more $$ to the rich. Just like he did with the Tax cut. He is destroying healthcare and keeps lying he will have a plan. He does not. He is suing to remove pre-existing conditions from your health plan. Middle class americans who vote for this might as well start sucking down Hydroxychloroquine and tide pods. Best of luck, vote against your own interests. Know how you know it against your interests? 6 Republican states have voted this year to expand Medicare (Missouri last night) through Obamacare so far this year.

Actually democrats are for voting for a month straight which is against the constitution and will create voter fraud. Remember, mail in ballots are not counted with the vote total until months after an election unless there is a statistical tie. We do not have a process for country wide mail in ballots. Making stuff up at the last minute has fraud written all over it.

Democrats currently and over the last 4 years beating up conservatives, burning down city blocks and trying coup attempts. About time conservatives load up on ammo. Time to fight back.

Actually the states can vote however they like. Sounds like you've never been to Utah Rod. Nothing but republicans and they've been doing vote by mail for years, as do a number of other states without issue. I know trumptards are afraid of increased voter turnout, but there's nothing unconstitutional about it, sorry bub.

Awe... there it is. You are a democrat pure and simple. Voting against your own best interests. My best interests are not what is best for the country. Long way from JFK's ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country version of democrats. Is that why you commucrats murdered him?

I was wondering when you commies where going to get around the usual Republicans are trying to get rid of your social security pandering. That is like the ol screen pass in football. Running and passing game not working, lets run the screen pass to take pressure off.

And so. Do they count the mail in ballots for do they pend election results on actual voting machines with mail in as the tie breaker? Are all 50 states involved and have a process to deal with it? Is it or is it not against the constitution? Answers please....

You do know that republicans tend to use mail in voting at greater rates right?

The Constitution:

Nice try, there is no equivalency. Trump is trying to take away from those that have payed for SS. He is trying to give that $$ to the richest people in the country, ie the ones who need it the least. Do you disagree that if you make $18M a year you dont need SS or that if you spent your life earning minimum wage or even double that you would need SS in retirement? (unless you are a Gov't employee) I bring it up because of the article you didnt read. Are you trying to say he didnt? "We're also looking at various other things that I'm allowed to do under the system, and—such as the payroll tax suspension. And so we're allowed to do things."
Why dont you " do for the country " and give up your SS earnings?
All the Dems team is working in well, check the polls.
Instead of implying trump didnt say it, Defend it. Defend how you benefited from Trump Tax cut. Defend how his tariffs helped you. Defend how his Covid response was "Excellent".
You fail to mention the previous sentence from Kennedy, he started: "We observe today not a victory of party, but a celebration of freedom -- symbolizing an end as well as a beginning -- signifying renewal as well as change."
Then, he ended with a line that defined a generation: "And so, my fellow Americans: Ask not what your country can do for you -- ask what you can do for your country."
He was inciting the youth of America to get involved. And they are again. Very involved. Vote Nov 3.

I semi agree with some of this. Yes, republicans are much better positioned, have been for years, way ahead of the Dems on this. My question is, if we are not feeling secure at this point, What should POTUS do to to confirm the safety and security of the election? Surely in the months remaining we could ramp up all types of improvements with voting changes and the postal service. Does slowing down the postal service help? What is being done?

What the actual **** does this have to do with anything being discussed? For someone who bloviates about "reading for content" incessantly, you might want to take your own advice.

Also, what was that Marky Mark was saying about Biden being creepy?

The new video shows they tried pretty hard to get the idiot to comply, but couldn’t. He was on a drug-fueled death spiral.

Sure, I’ll help you out. Watch Tucker. The most popular cable show like his on the planet. You’re welcome. Yes, one of his writers was a poopy face, but they fired him so what now? Just watch the show and learn how to think. He’s almost always right.

Not sure the cause was "poopy face". Im sure The Daily Caller has already re-hired him.
Ive seen plenty of Tucker, thanks. Its how i always know in advance what your next gripe is. Polly poopy face want a cracker?
Still waiting for a reason to change my mind on Chauvin. Nothing posted gives any one a right to handcuff a man and then have 3 officers kneel on him while one puts his knee on his neck til he is dead.
The courts will let us know soon enough.

Man your ignorance of pressure sensitive areas, control holds , and what it takes to actually kill someone by stopping their airflow( asphyxiate someone ) are completely absent . The evidence doesn’t support your claim that his knee was on his airway restricting his oxygen flow. Please re read the autopsy . So once again your claim he squeezed the life out of him by crushing his airway with his knee is a complete lie.

More importantly you make a claim that he was simply under arrest for passing fake money . So the police should just let criminals go if ****birds don’t want to cooperate? You realize the victim in this case wanted Floyd arrested. So now police should just let him go because Floyd doesn’t really want to go back to prison? The victim’s right to prosecute the person who defrauded him doesn’t exist, because you deem the crime inconsequential? So according to you the police should just let people who commit property crimes walk if they put up a struggle and don’t feel like going to jail ? Wait let me guess , you don’t think people who commit theft should go to jail? Just curious how many times you’ve tried to control someone in handcuffs that doesn’t want to cooperate , I would assume you have plenty of experience doing that since you’re an expert on how it should be done, and the ease of being able to do it . So please explain how you would handle that situation with your extensive knowledge and experience .

Do you understand what the payroll tax is? How it works? Didnt the Trump Tax Cut already reduce revenue too much in addition to Trumps increased spending? Do you know how to balance your checkbook? It works the same. We are operating in the RED, do you think its a good plan to go further into the red w/o benefit to Americans, hell even WITH benefit to the top 1%? Your great grandkids will be pissed they are paying for private jets and you voted them in. How about showing an ID and proof of citizenship in order to be given voting registration. That seems like a great start . Same day voter registration ion Election day is one of the biggest frauds out there .

Republicans are much much better positioned than the dems for voting ? Oh please do explain. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and arguments on this

If the concern is that there are going to be a whole bunch of "live ballots" out in the world, as a dem, this story concerns me for sure (and shows how Rs are better positioned): https://www.politico.com/news/2020/0...nockers-391454

Yeah, you certainly don't want people to think that the 15% tax they pay on every paycheck is going to be used for it's stated purpose.

It is everything. Voting by the constitution is supposed to happen on a single day not over a month. You said that voting by mail is not against the constitution. I say it is and gave the actual article in the constitution that shows what you want is against the constitution. Pretty simple really.

Can you show me when democrats have saved us? Democrats are more like the drunk kids who think it is all a party until someone finally has to clean up then they hire the Republicans. The kids hate having adults in the room and throw fits. Burn down a few towns. Start a civil war or 2.....

Vote Nov 3.
Your drug addled brain is everywhere.

First, if you paid into it, you should get the benefits period. It is a forces savings plan with your money. It is YOUR MONEY period. If you were able to actually invest that money, most of the people who have paid in would have much greater financial flexibility in their retirement years.

As far as me giving up my social security? Don't even plan on getting to the point that I can use it. I have always figured it would not even be there when I get to retire so I am trying to plan accordingly. If I am in position, I damn well am taking it. It was forced from MY pocket as something for ME, so I am taking back my property.

All the dem teams working well? Just ask the polls? You are a L.A. guy. Does not matter if something is right or wrong as long as it is getting the ratings. You are the problem with this country.

Defend the Trump tax cut? It was not a tax cut for me. Just like all the other people in California, it was a tax increase. The goal was to make it so the rich areas that have artificial financial boosters like California with sea ports, slave labor, free water to farmers, and so on can not continue to artificially price out the rest of the country.

Chinese tariffs? They hurt me to a small degree but help my fellow worker in the country not have to compete with slave labor and makes a financial impact to move production out of a country that is using the funds to build up militarily to directly fight the USA. I don't think people like you realize we have actually fought directly against chinese forces 2 times in the last 60 years. But that's ok, Bill Clinton thought they would be a good country to sell rocket technology to against the will of congress.

You and your COVID response. Trump is not responsible for it. You really need to read the constitution and the power of the states. If you want to blame someone, you need to blame your chinese buddies. At the end of the day, it is a virus. You really believe you can control a virus? Your little town of L.A. is a liberal mecca situated in the wall of the liberal mecca of kalifornia. That response was supposed to have been textbook yet there you are with some of the highest rates in the world. You need to take that log out of your eye.

"And so, my fellow Americans: Ask not what your country can do for you -- ask what you can do for your country." and yet, you democrats have managed to turn it around to "You are stupid if you do not vote in your own best interests......" All of the problems we have were created by Democrats and Republicans. Arguing over which steaming pile of **** smells better (or worse) is just ridiculous.

Neither party has our best interests in mind. Neither party is concerned with anything more than maintaining power. Neither party has any interest in moving us forward. In 2016, the presidency was decided by who Americans thought was less evil and in 2020 it will be who is less senile (spoiler: both are way too old to be president). These are the best that either party can put forward--What a joke.

It is a nice talking point and not entirely wrong, however what is moving forward? moving for the sake of moving is not always wise. We have a very unique system of governance in the world. We had moved forward compared to history. Moving from here only means heading back down the mountain.

Elections Clause

Although the Elections Clause makes states primarily responsible for regulating congressional elections, it vests ultimate power in Congress. Congress may pass federal laws regulating congressional elections that automatically displace (“preempt”) any contrary state statutes, or enact its own regulations concerning those aspects of elections that states may not have addressed. The Framers of the Constitution were concerned that states might establish unfair election procedures or attempt to undermine the national government by refusing to hold elections for Congress. They empowered Congress to step in and regulate such elections as a self-defense mechanism.

On occasion, Congress has exercised its power to “make or alter” rules concerning congressional elections, and some of its laws lie at the very heart of the modern electoral process. It has established a single national Election Day for congressional elections, and mandated that states with multiple Representatives in the U.S. House divide themselves into congressional districts, rather than electing all of their Representatives at-large. Congress also has enacted statutes limiting the amount of money that people may contribute to candidates for Congress, requiring that people publicly disclose most election-related spending, mandating that voter registration forms be made available at various public offices, and requiring states to ensure the accuracy of their voter registration rolls.

Ag checkpoints are totally benign. Just a simple “do you posses any so and so fruits or veggies” a verbal answer and on your way. Not talking about international checkpoints and you know it so don’t be a Richard.

... and?

Are you suggesting that all states that have conducted mail in voting or early in-person voting or have accepted absentee ballots on any day prior to election day have done so in violation of federal law?

Depends on who they are electing. Absentee ballots are not used in determining the election results unless it is close. If the federal election results are outside a certain statistically margin, they are not even looked at.

don't look at me, I am just point out what the law says. If you have an issue with it take it up with them. I gave you the article in the constitution and that congress has declared a single day of voting (which the constitution also stated except it said Dec 1 I believe and they moved the single day). You tell me if they are in violation and how does month long voting not conflict with the existing law?

Actually you am just cutting and pasting without looking at the law. The law says:

2 U.S. Code § 7.Time of election

The Tuesday next after the 1st Monday in November, in every even numbered year, is established as the day for the election, in each of the States and Territories of the United States, of Representatives and Delegates to the Congress commencing on the 3d day of January next thereafter.

So Congress has set the time, but not the place or manner.

Your crackpot theory was asserted and rejected by the fifth circuit 20 years ago. Check out https://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-5th-circuit/1435684.html

First, the plain language of the statute does not require all voting to occur on federal election day.   All the statute requires is that the election be held that day.  Foster teaches us that “election” means “the combined actions of voters and officials meant to make a final selection of an office holder.”  522 U.S at 71, 118 S.Ct. at 467.   Allowing some voters to cast votes before election day does not contravene the federal election statutes because the final selection is not made before the federal election day.   Second, this conclusion is consistent with the Supreme Court's refusal to give a hyper-technical meaning to “election” and its refusal to “[pare] the term ‘election’ in § 7 down to the definitional bone․”  Id. at 72, 118 S.Ct. at 467.   We are satisfied that our conclusion is consistent with a plain, common sense reading of the language of § 7, the same approach the Court followed in Foster to interpret the statute.

Your insult tell is pretty disappointing Mark. There seems to be a pretty direct correlation between you getting personal and your argument running out of steam. Beat me on the facts man! Distinguish why the many many checkpoints we already have in the USA are OK, but just not these. Hint -- read the commerce clause.

Not a crackpot theory. It is what the law says. Sounds like an appeals court morphed it into as longs as the results are tallied on a single day. It obviously was not crack pot if it took a federal appeal court to rule on it and they had to do it by interpreting what is is. So basically a state has the right to decide via law how they want collect ballots. Have all the states passed laws that says in less than 100 days, they will now change the way they are going to collect ballots? If so, do they have the needed infastructure to do so? Or is this just a whimsical false talking point again?

Actually I complain about them every time I see them. They are a waste and a impedement to my right to travel freely. Nothing more than a waste of money having full time state employees manning a highway asking if I have fruit. I just go into town and take the next exit past them most of the time when I am in the area (which is pretty rare).

I rarely do this, but the subject matter calls for it. I’d like to add this much better article from none other than 95sn’s favorite news source.

I’m not a fan either. Especially when you can tell them whatever you want anyway. I’d love to see the stats on those immigration checkpoints too. The thing that kills me about new checkpoints is the obvious slippery slope that it is.

Wow.....

Biden raised eyebrows Wednesday morning during an interview with a virtual panel at the convention of the National Association of Black Journalists and National Association of Hispanic Journalists, which was posted in full on Thursday, where he was asked if he has taken a cognitive test.

"No, I haven't taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test?" Biden reacted to the question from CBS reporter Errol Barnett, who is Black. "Come on, man. That's like saying you, before you got on this program, you take a test where you're taking cocaine or not. What do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?"

Delta, can we agree that you've given up on the "it violates the constitution" issue?

If you are asking whether the states really have the wherewithal to pull this off, I share your concern. I'm sure there are probably some technical federal due process requirements imposed by the voting rights act, but I'll confess I'm not an expert on that and IIRC the Courts and Trump admin have been moving away from federal oversight of the voting rights act for quite some time.

I'd chalk this up as a 10th amendment "states rights" question.

No disagreement at all that some states are going to end up doing it better than others.

Okay. The 95sn insult was a little over the top. You’re not that bad yet. Who said I agreed with any checkpoints? Honestly, the current checkpoint locations are never on my mind. I completely support the border patrol ones. Give those guys whatever they need to do the job. The ag ones between states are pretty stupid and useless. Any new ones aimed at the Kung Flu are beyond stupid and are the equivalent of the ag ones in Kali.

When you are a 24/7 entertainment news network that profits from blowing things out of proportion I don't think the accusation of other networks downplaying holds a lot of water. Basically it's like saying the MSM media lies, then complaining that they don't lie enough. It's also pretty silly to think that we need to give Presidential candidates dementia tests. OK, Trump may be the exception.

And it's pretty silly to think that black interviewer seriously represented the black population with his stance. Looks to me like Trump is sinking his own ship and his supporters are really getting desperate. All will be revealed in Nov.

Rarely, as in daily.
Trump has 25 sexual lawsuits against him, including a current rape court case. How much coverage of that do you catch on Tuckers show?
