I know there's quite a few Wakeworld'ers that are into dirt biking, so I thought this would be a good place to ask. Just got this bike from a friend of my dads, for my little brother to ride around. Curious if anyone knows what make and model it is? As i know next to NOTHING about dirtbikes. It has no decals on it, and i've looked everywhere for some type of indication as to what it is, but found nothing. I remember hearing somewhere that dirt bikes are "color coded"? Yamaha=blue, Honda=red, and so on. Anyone's help/opinion would be awesome! thanks

Looks like an older Yamaha TTR prob 80-110cc. I think they changed to 4 stroke early on, but might have been 2 stroke at that age too.

The motor looks identical to a 125cc 4 stroke I have.

Looks like a Chinese pitbike to me. Look on the steering neck for the stamped VIN. The motor is basically an XR50, but could be up to 125cc. The size should be cast into the side of the cylinder somewhere.

Yamaha PW80.....I used to have a 99 that I bought new for my oldest son. He rode the piss out of that for about 3 years, and then gave it to my youngest son, who did the same. It's a great starter bike for kids.

The size casted into the cylinder said 86cc, and the VIN number is KMSJS5MCKYX000037. The vin plate also said it was manufactured by "J&D Mechanic & Electric Co." with a manufacture date of 2005, but when I did a VIN check it said the year was 2000, and also gave me a lot of unknowns? So i'm guessing you're right about it being an Asian pitbike.

VIN Check:

Region: Asia
Country: Republic of Korea
Manufacturer: Unknown
Model Specific: Unknown
Check Digit: Invalid
Year: 2000
Assembly Plant: X
Serial Number: 37

Its a blue dirt bike missing a rear tire that will probably cost as much to replace just the tire as it would be just to get a complete one.
