How do you contact Scott at Roswell

I have the swivel board rack warranty issue on my Supra 21v and need replacement parts. My dealer and I have been trying for weeks and all we get when we call is one ring then a busy signal.

Hmmm. I just got my swivels warrntied and talked with Scott many times via e-mail and phone. This was about two weeks ago.

I did just shoot an email to Roswell. Hopefully Scott will get it. I've been calling 708-962-0868. One ring then busy, every time all the time. Is there another # I should be calling?

Received an email from Scott saying the swivel racks on the '06 Supra can not be refurbished and there is only a 1 year warranty on them. He said they offered a manual locking pin kit for these for $100 plus shipping. Anyone spent the money and upgraded to this type of locking mechanism? Is it worth it? Thanks.

I did. They don't rattle near as much as the old ones. It's well worth the $100.00 IMO. I'm happy with mine. No more worries about the pins sticking and the racks just swinging around. I paid via credit card they sent the new swivels once I received them I sent my old ones back.

Hey guys I have a 2k9 21V, are there any problems with these racks? One of the arms that hold the boards on is bent in pretty good. It looks like the screws got put in at an angle. Am I better off contacting Scott or my delaer? Just curious.

On the 2009 they went with a different brand swivel. I forget what brand though. I would contact your dealer on that. They should take care of you with no problems.

I have a pair of locking pin swivels for the 06 21V (may fit other models too). I sold my boat and no longer need them so I will sell them for $50. The only catch is that I recently moved and will not have my new house for a few more weeks. Most of my belongings are in storage with the moving company so it will be 2nd week in Oct til I can get to the swivels and ship them. What's up Blair. I'd love to make it, but can't this week. I'll be out of commission for a couple of months with shoulder surgery. I'll be jonesin' for sure after 8 weeks. We ride all winter, so we'll hook up. Thanks for the offer though.
