So with all of the recent progression I find myself wondering AGAIN why wake sports don't get any attention. I mean if they can throw stupid crap on sportscenter to fill in slow nights....such as fat guys with beards shooting trick billiards etc. why can't they give rathy some love for his BS 10. Where's the love? Who are the true Athletes???Upload

agree....I don't understand why wake sports doesn't get any attention from the major sports networks. Hell...the xgames even ditched wakeboarding.

Seriously...what good is a pool table without pockets??

Ya, really!!! Maybe the sports networks should fill in the late night with curling, dog shows or some other "athletic adventure" to entertain the masses?!?!
Dammmmm, WHY NOT WAKEBOARDING?!?!

Honestly, i'd like to see them keep it off. I'm not one of those "keep it core" guys, I just don't want them to miss represent the sport. Have you seen how those guys can butcher soccer commentating? And that is a well known sport. Imagine what they could do to wakeboarding. If they did show it, it would almost be painful to watch due to the commentating. Or worse yet.... Sal would have to do it.

it seems hard to find space on lakes now......if this sport was in the spotlight...it may make riding next to impossible. When we started 10 years ago ther was noone on our lake wakeboarding(or at least it was so big that you wouldn't see another).....now on a crappy day like yesterday......at the first sign of no rain there are folks getting out there and they are all beginners......on a nice day we have to pick and choose when and where ride
