Ladies, I have found the solution. I have struggled with "that time" and my lake outings. I would dread getting in the water for fear of leakage and trying to find a lace to change products. Birth control pills is not an option for me. I recently read an article in Cosmopolitain about a product called a menstrual cup. I have tried this and it is wonderful.
