I was thinking about the 3DS....Is it loose, tight?

Is the axis really tight with the 4 molded in fins? I want a loose board.

The 07 CWB Transcend is fast, has great pop, and lands really soft. You can customize how loose or tight the board is with the fin extensions.

How much faster is it than the absolute? Does it have the same big 3 stage?

Ethan...its a good clip faster (my last board was absolute), but I can't comment on that vs. the 3DS. It has more of a progressive 3 stage, but the rocker is still around 3

I've ridden both the 07 absolute and transcend. The transcend is a lot faster, has the same big pop, and lands much softer. If you like the absolute, you'll love the transcend.

I agree with Scott. The Transcend is the board you're looking for. First big rocker board I have ridden tht doesn't feel like you're dragging something behind it.

I'd have to say the 3DS with the .7 A-wings. That's what I ride and I love it.

Ok the reason iam getting rid of the absolute is because its so damn slow. Other than that i love it transcend sounds good. whats the word on the marius? hows it compare to transcend and lute?

The marius is one of the slowest boards I've ever been on. It's a great board, I really liked it, but if he's looking for a fast board the marius is a bad suggestion. -Steve

most definately the ronix covin. its faster than the 3ds it weighs less than the 3ds and it much better pop than a 3ds it comes in a143 which weighs the same as the 135 3ds. basically its a 3ds on steroids the marius is not fast the transcend probably is close buti have never rode it. if anyone says anything else they are just saying that because thats what they ride. the ronix covin is definately a very popular ride this year and its because it does what everyone wants in one board which is exactly what yourlooking for.

Natural 144 is an awesome board! Just bought one this past Thursday. Rode it 3 times and i managed to already break it though big raley way out in the flats....landed nice and flat too. i plan on getting it replaced with the same one. Shane 140. Also an awesome board. but I broke that one too Both boards are: super fast, light, nice and loose...yet will hold an edge when cutting, awesome pop, and soft landings.

How many boards sit low and go fast? None (Message edited by wakesetter101 on July 09, 2007)

shane is fast...broke it...replaced it with the witness...only had one set on it in the chop...BUT...it's not quite as fast as the shane, it's slippery off the wake w/ good pop and lands out in the flats better than any other board i've ridden...SOFT

Sounds like people are just throwing out board names now.
