Stand tall through the top of the wake. Don't lean as hard as you would on a crow. Focus on keeping weight on that rear foot toe through the very top of the wake. Keep the handle in tight.

I just rode behind a ski nautique without ballast last weekend. Good technique is key, but a big wake really helps everything to be bigger and smoother, especially spins.
