Very nice, but I can't believe the price difference between a normal G and a Paragon. The guy said about 100 grand?! I just can't believe the Paragon is worth that much more!

I think I heard Dreiling say that his board was custom painted/drawn by someone for the event. I've seen him riding blank boards in the past, most likely prototypes. My guess is this is just a...

Sorry, I haven't ridden the solo before so I can't be a ton of help but I have ridden a bunch of Slingshots in the past. What I do know is all three of those have different flex patterns. Solo has a...

Sorry man I'd respond but I just never tried either of those boards before. As you know the number of people that actually wakeboard seems to be less, so it might be hard to get feedback on specific...

Ya I sympathize with your dilemma. I feel like I've been in similar situations every time I want to buy a new board. Either way I'm sure any of those will be fine, I'd try not to stress too much...

I have a feeling the Rhyme is going to be the closest to what you want, BUT I haven't ridden it. The Solo is probably going to feel the most flexy and fast compared to the other two. I'm sure which...

My little brother used to have a Watson, which I tried and it rode very different from the Slingshot boards I've had. It was a three stage and felt a lot slower but had that abrupt pop etc.
If...

I currently have the Timba and I used to ride a Slingshot Response and Recoil (The Native is apparently a combination of the two). I really liked them!
I think the timba may be my favorite so far....

I always mess around with SketchUp designing my dream parks. Here's one that's kind of "realistic" but probably still out of your budget especially with the bi level pool. Just thought I'd share...

Thanks for posting all this! I really want to keep hearing more about this whole process.
BTW I'm a teacher too and probably like many on here, have always dreamed of having my own park. So it's...

I ride the LF Timba behind the boat and I like it. It's nice and fast and responsive. Felt similar to my old slingshot Response but a little stiffer and snappier off the wake. It's been my favorite...

I think the Slingshot Options are pretty good. I like the Gummy straps. I'm not aware of any top end bindings that are open toe now. Which is a shame.
Ronix seems to have a bunch of open toe...

Comparing Hyperlite Murray, Riot (bio) & Blueprint…?

I’ve read the specs and board descriptions but I find wakeboard marketing is all the same “big pop, soft landings…etc.” I’m hoping to get some real world feedback on these boards. I may be able to...

I haven't tried it yet either but am also interested in getting one. I used to ride the Recoil and Response for mostly just boat and loved both of them. The Native is apparently a combination of both.

How did you find the Solo behind boat? I'm a little unsure about the narrow outline, and the softer tip/tail. How does it compare to the older Recoil or Response?

My brother rides the Slingshot Nomad and he loves it. He likes it for cable but we ride mostly boat. So that's what I'll comment on. In my opinion it's really fast and not very locked in; playful....

I know it's all personal opinion but I'm going to have to disagree with you on the Reflex. First of all, Slingshot does not make the Recoil, Response, or Reflex anymore - the Coalition is the same...

Another thing I forgot to add: amount of rocker also plays into speed. A board can be continuous but have a lot of rocker (amount of rise from mid board to tip/tail) like an "abrupt continuous"...
