True the 6.0 needs some things to make it bulletproof, but once I did it this one, it has needed nothing but oil changes since. Studded, deleted, and put SRL++ tune in it.

I regretted selling every boat, until I got another one. I just sold my VLX and had to wait to long stinking weeks until we went and pick up the Xstar! Now I am happy, happy, happy!!

I have a 2001 wake setter VLX with the 340 Monsoon motor. It has been a flawless boat. The motor is great, and the wake can be made a good size. I have run 400 lbs. ballast to 2000 lbs.

I ran an L7 with 1000 watts also with no problem. Now I am running 1 Memphis Mojo 12 with 3200 watts. Trust me it is enough! I have to run the bass turned down some on most songs.
