heater fuse location 2008 BU lxi

Anyone know where the heater fuse is located? Not the breaker switch under the throttle.
I wired two heaters (which worked for yrs) but the recirc pump I just added must have done it in.

I am replacing the thermostat on my 2008 monsoon 340.
How many gaskets should there be to replace? It's the two hole design.

why don't engine manufacturers put an extra drain...

why don't engine manufacturers put an extra drain plug on the engine block with a valve so you don't have to remove the knock sensors to drain the engine block?

I have one on my BU 2004 sunsetter lxi. I bought it to decrease the sound level and it probably reduced the noise 75%. We slalom at 34 up to 35 off and there is no spray at those line lengths.
